Care Provider: Managing Comment Moderation and Reported Comments
When a comment is reported in your CareApp community, it will appear in the notifications tab of Administrator and Coordinator accounts. This allows you to review and take appropriate action to maintain a safe and positive environment for your community.
🔎 Finding Reported Comments
Log in to CareApp using an Administrator or Coordinator account.

Navigate to the Notifications tab:
Mobile: Tap the bell icon

Web: Find the Notifications tab in the left-hand menu
Reported comments are pinned at the top of the notifications tab under the Comment Moderation section.

Managing Reported Comments

Tap on a reported comment to view:
Who reported it
Reason for reporting

Choose one of the following actions:
Keep – the comment remains visible in the community.
Remove – the comment is deleted and no longer visible to any users.
Removing a comment is permanent and cannot be undone.
Removing a Comment That Has Not Been Reported
Administrators and Coordinators can remove any comment if necessary:
Find the comment under the relevant post.
Tap the three dots next to the comment.

Select Remove comment.

The comment will be deleted from CareApp and will no longer be visible to staff, residents, or family members.
