Answer a Video Chat on CareApp
Connect to your loved one on CareApp's Video Chat

If you have a CareApp account you may be invited to join a Video Chat with your loved one.
A video chat is CareApp's answer to video calls or video meetings.
When a member invites you to a CareApp Video Chat you will receive a notification on your device.
Please see the below screenshot showing a CareApp notification of a Video Chat.
Once you tap into the notification you will appear in CareApp.
You will see a notification at the top of the home page in the "Active Chats" section. Please see the below screenshot for an example.
Tip - Cant see the Video Chat notification?
If you aren't able to see the notification on your home screen right away, refresh CareApp by holding your finger on your screen and swiping down.
Tap on "Join" on the notification to join the Video Chat. This will load up a Video Chat where you will be able to chat with your loved one. Please see the below screenshot for an example.
Success
You have joined the video chat! Chat with your loved one on CareApp with no time restrictions.
Once it is time for you to leave simply tap the X at the bottom of your screen.
