If your provider uses Video Chat, you may receive an invitation to connect with your loved one directly through CareApp.
Mobile
- When a video chat is started, you'll receive a notification on your device. Tap it to open CareApp.
- You'll see the active chat at the top of your home screen under Active Chats.
- Tap Join to connect.
There's no time limit, so take as long as you need. When you're ready to leave, tap the X at the bottom of your screen.
Can't see the Join button? Pull down on the screen to refresh. If it's still not there, the video chat may have already ended — reach out to your care team to arrange another time.
