👋 Need to update the email address on your CareApp account?
Your email address is how you log in, receive notifications, and reset your password, so it's worth keeping it up to date.
Follow the steps below to make the change.
Mobile
Log in to your CareApp account using your current email and password.
Tap the three lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner.

Select ‘Settings’ from the side menu.

Tap on ‘Update Email Address’.

Enter your new email address, then tap Next.

Confirm the Change
A screen will appear asking for a 6-digit verification code.

Go to your new email inbox and find the email from CareApp. It contains your 6-digit code.

Can’t see it?
Refresh your inbox
Check your spam/junk folder
Still nothing? Restart the steps.

Enter the 6-digit code in CareApp and tap ‘Verify’.

Log in to your CareApp account using your current email and password.
Click on your name at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

On the Profile & Settings page, click ‘Update Email Address’.

Enter your new email address, then click Next.

Confirm the Change
A window will appear asking for a 6-digit verification code.

Open your new email inbox and look for an email from CareApp containing the code.

Refresh your inbox
Check your spam/junk folder
Still missing? Restart the steps.

Enter the 6-digit code into CareApp and click ‘Verify’.
Success! Your Email Address Has Been Updated
You’re all set! Your new email address is now linked to your CareApp account and will be used for logins, notifications, and password resets.
