Change the email address on your CareApp account
Learn how to update the email address associated with your CareApp account.

If you have a CareApp account you can change the email address attached to your account.
What does this mean?
The email address that is attached to your CareApp account is where you will receive any email notifications from CareApp. It is the email you use to log in to your account, and if you ever need to do a password reset you will receive an important reset password code to your email address.
Follow the instructions below to change the email address that is connected to your CareApp account.
Mobile
Log into your CareApp account using your current email address and password.
Tap on the three lines at the top left of your screen to go to the 'Side menu'.
Tap on 'Settings' from the menu.
Tap on 'Update Email Address' on the settings page.
Enter in your new email address.
Press next.
A window will appear asking for a 6-digit code.
Go to your new email inbox.
Find an email from CareApp with a 6-digit code on it. If you can't see this in your normal inbox, refresh the page, and check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find the email you can press the 'Resend' button on the 6-digit code page on CareApp.
Once you have the 6-digit code, go back to CareApp and enter the code into the window.
Press 'Verify'.
Once this email address is verified it will become the email address attached to your CareApp account.
Web
Log into your CareApp account using your current email address and password.
Click on your user name at the bottom of the left side menu.
Click on 'Update Email Address' on the 'Profile & Settings' page.
Enter in your new email address.
Press next.
A window will appear asking for a 6-digit code.
Go to your new email inbox.
Find an email from CareApp with a 6-digit code on it.If you can't see this in your normal inbox, refresh the page, and check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find the email you can press the 'Resend' button on the 6-digit code page on CareApp.
Once you have the 6-digit code, go back to CareApp and enter the code into the window.
Press 'Verify'.
Once this email address is verified it will become the email address attached to your CareApp account.
