Care Provider: How Does Comment Approval Work?
Comment Moderation Update
After the comment moderation update on the 12 September 2022 comments no longer need to be approved by an Administrator or Coordinator unless they are reported.
Once a comment is reported it will appear in the notification tab for an Administrator and Coordinator to be reviewed and removed if necessary.
The below image is an example of what the reported comment might look like in the notifications of an Administrator or Coordinator account.

Opted out of the update?
If your organisation has opted out of the comment moderation update before
12 September 2022, Administrators and Coordinators will need to continue to approve all comments made on CareApp.
This can be done in the notification tab or on the comment itself.
