🔄 How to reset your password:

1. Open the CareApp app on your phone.

2. On the sign-in screen, tap “Recover your account”.

3. Enter your email address, then tap “Next”.

4. You’ll be prompted to enter a Verification Code.

5. Check your email:

   An email from hello@careapp.com.au will be sent to the address you entered.

   • If you don’t see the code, wait a few moments and refresh your inbox.

   • Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders.

   • If the code hasn’t arrived, double-check the email you entered and start the process again.
     
     

     Delete

     🔁 How to retrieve the code and return to CareApp:

     • Swipe up or press the Home button to exit CareApp.

     • Open your Email app and locate the email with the verification code.

     • Then, swipe up again and go to your recently used apps to return to CareApp.
       The screen will remain where you left it – simply enter the code.

     
     

6. Back in CareApp, enter the verification code and tap “Continue.”

7. Enter your new password and tap “Save.”

Web browser (Computer)

🌐 How to reset your password on the web:

1. Head to the CareApp login page on your computer and click “Forgot Password?”

2. Enter your email address, then click “Next.”

3. You’ll now see a screen asking for a Verification Code.

4. Check your email:

   An email from hello@careapp.com.au will be sent to the address you entered.

   • If you don’t see it right away, wait a few moments and refresh your inbox.

   • Don’t forget to check your Spam or Junk folders just in case.

   • Still can’t find it? Make sure you typed your email correctly and start the process again if needed.

5. Back on the CareApp website, enter the verification code you received.
6. Enter your new password and confirm it.
