What is a CareApp Champion?
A CareApp Champion is like a Super User for CareApp in each community or facility.
The role of a CareApp champion is to support and lead their community to effectively use CareApp.
A CareApp Champion should have a Site Coordinator or Provider Administrator account to allow them to effectively manage CareApp.
What do CareApp Champions do?
CareApp Champions will support your team in creating and sharing content on CareApp and will manage CareApp accounts, training, and onboarding.
How many CareApp Champions should my community have?
We recommend a minimum of 2 CareApp Champions in each community.
How do I get started as a CareApp Champion?

- CareApp Champions to attend a training session or watch our online training here.
- Make sure that they have an Administrator CareApp account in their community. (check your role type in the left side menu of CareApp when logged into your account)
