Care Provider: Re-activate a customer's profile
If you are a Provider Administrator or a Site Coordinator you can reactivate a Customer's profile at any time.
Follow the steps below to re-activate a Customer's profile.
Web
On an Administrator CareApp account go to the 'Customer' tab in the left side menu.
Click on the switch that says 'Enabled only' above the search bar so it is grey. You will now be able to see all accounts, Active and non-active accounts.
Choose the Customer you wish to deactivate from the Customer list - you will be able to see the profiles that have been deactivated with a note "Not Enabled" under their name.
Click on 'Edit' at the top right of the screen on the Customer's profile.
Go to the 'Settings' tab.
Click on the switch next to 'Customer Active'. Grey means non-active and teal means the profile is active.
Click 'Save' - this Customer profile will now be set to "Active".

This feature is not currently available on CareApp mobile. Please log into CareApp web to complete this task.
