Care Provider: How to Restore an Archived Customer Profile on CareApp
If you are a Provider Administrator or Site Coordinator, you can restore an archived Customer profile at any time.
This will reactivate their profile and allow connected family accounts to regain access.
🔎 What Happens When a Profile Is Archived?
The profile moves out of the Active Customers list.
Connected family accounts lose access to the profile and your site's information.
How to Restore a Customer Profile
Web
Log in to CareApp Web.
Click the Customers tab in the left-hand menu.
Click the Archived filter to view all archived profiles.
Select the Customer profile you want to restore.
Scroll down to the Management section.
Click Recover Customer to move the profile back to Active.
