If your care provider is not yet using CareApp, you can take action to help bring it to their attention. CareApp makes staying connected with your loved ones easier, and nominating your provider is a simple process.

Option 1: Share Our Flyer with Your Provider

One way to introduce your care provider to CareApp is by sharing our informative flyer. You can download the flyer and either print it out or email it directly to your provider.

Steps to download the flyer:

Step 1: Click Download Flyer

Step 2: Print the flyer or attach it to an email.

Step 3: Send it to your care provider to introduce them to CareApp and its benefits.

Option 2: Let Us Reach Out on Your Behalf

If you prefer, you can submit a nomination form on our website, and we will contact your provider for you.

Steps to nominate your provider:

1. Visit our Nominate Your Care Provider page.
2. Fill in the required details and any additional information or questions you may have & How you heard about CareApp
3. Click Submit.

Our team will then reach out to your provider to introduce them to CareApp.

By nominating your care provider, you are taking an important step in improving communication and engagement for families, caregivers, and residents.
