Why Can't I Log Into My CareApp Account?
Welcome to CareApp’s support guide on logging in – don’t worry, we’re here to help you get back in quickly and smoothly!
There are a few common reasons why you might be having trouble logging in. Let’s walk through them together:
1. Double-Check Your Email or Password
The most common reason for login trouble is a mistyped email or forgotten password—don’t worry, it happens to the best of us!
If this is the issue, you’ll see an error message on the login screen like this:

✅ Make sure:
- There are no extra spaces before or after your email.
- You're using the same email address that was used for your CareApp invitation.
- Your password is entered exactly as you set it – it's case-sensitive!

2. Your Account May Have Been Archived
If your account was archived by your care provider, you won’t be able to log in until it’s reactivated.
In this case, please contact your care provider directly. They’ll be able to check your account status and help you regain access if needed.
3. CareApp Isn’t Loading Properly
If the app seems stuck, won’t load, or you’re getting an error screen:
