Care Provider: Post a Link to a Customer profile
If you are a Site Coordinator or a Provider Administrator on CareApp you can post links to Customer profiles.
You may want to share a link to a drop box or an online resource.
To share a link on CareApp follow the steps below:
Mobile
- Tap on the +New menu at the bottom of the home screen.
- Choose 'Link' from the menu.
- Tap 'Select a person'.
- Choose the Customer you wish to upload a Link for.
- Create a title for the link.
- Enter in the link or copy/paste it into the box. A notification will appear if the link is not valid.
- If you would like this link to be visible to family tap the 'Visible to family' tick box.
- Tap 'post' at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Delete
Web
- Click on the +New menu down the bottom of the home screen.
- Choose 'Link' from the menu.
- Click 'Select a person'.
- Choose the Customer you wish to upload a Link for.
- Create a title for the link.
- Enter in the link or copy/paste it in to the box. A notification will appear if the link is not valid.
- If you would like this link to be visible to family tap the 'Visible to family' tick box.
- Click 'post' up the top right-hand corner of the screen.
