Care Provider: Post a Link to a Customer profile

If you are a Site Coordinator or a Provider Administrator on CareApp you can post links to Customer profiles.

You may want to share a link to a drop box or an online resource.

To share a link on CareApp follow the steps below:

Mobile

Tap on the +New menu at the bottom of the home screen.
Choose 'Link' from the menu.
Tap 'Select a person'.
Choose the Customer you wish to upload a Link for.
Create a title for the link.
Enter in the link or copy/paste it into the box. A notification will appear if the link is not valid.
If you would like this link to be visible to family tap the 'Visible to family' tick box.
Tap 'post' at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

This link will now be visible in the feed on the home screen, on the Customer's profile and in the files tab in the Customer's profile.

Delete

Click on the +New menu down the bottom of the home screen.
Choose 'Link' from the menu.
Click 'Select a person'.
Choose the Customer you wish to upload a Link for.
Create a title for the link.
Enter in the link or copy/paste it in to the box. A notification will appear if the link is not valid.
If you would like this link to be visible to family tap the 'Visible to family' tick box.
Click 'post' up the top right-hand corner of the screen.

This link will now be visible in the feed on the home screen, on the Customer's profile and in the files tab in the Customer's profile. Delete
