Can’t Remember Your Email address? Account Recovery Help
👋 Need to Recover Your Account but Lost Your Email?
There are a few steps you can take to try and recover your CareApp account if you’re unsure which email address you used — or if you’ve lost access to it.
🔍 Not Sure Which Email Address Is Linked to Your CareApp Account?
Try the following:
Check your email inboxes
Search for any CareApp emails (like notifications or welcome emails). If you find one, that email address is likely connected to your CareApp account — unless you’ve updated it since.
Use the ‘Recover Your Account’ option
On the CareApp login screen, tap Recover your account. You’ll be prompted to enter an email address.
Try the email addresses you use — if you receive a password reset email, that’s the email linked to your CareApp account!

Please Note:
⚠️ For security reasons, the app won’t tell you if the email entered is incorrect, so try each one until you receive an email.
Ask your care provider
Your care provider can check which email address is linked to your profile in their system.

🚫 Don’t Have Access to your Email anymore?
If you know the email address but can’t access it (e.g., you've been locked out and can’t reset the password because you don't have access to the previous email address), here’s what to do:

Great! You can update your email from inside the app.

Not logged in anymore?
If you don’t have access to the old email and you’re not logged in, you’ll need to create a new CareApp account using a new email address. Please ask your care provider to send you an invitation to your new email address, and follow the set-up steps.
