Care provider: Change or Remove a Customer's Date of Birth
Learn how to change or remove a customer's date of birth on their profile.
Users with Administrator or Coordinator access can update or remove the Date of Birth from a customer profile using CareApp Web.
Computer & Web
Go to CareApp Web and log in.
Click on "Customer" in the left-hand menu.
Select the profile of the customer whose date of birth you’d like to update.
In the left column, locate the Date of Birth field.
Click the edit (✏️) icon next to the date of birth.

Enter the new date using the keyboard or select it using the calendar tool.
To remove the date, simply click the calendar and then 'clear'.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
