Administrator and Coordinator accounts can change or remove the date of birth on a customer profile.
See the step-by-step guide below.
Computer & Web
1. Log into CareApp web at https://app.careapp.com.au/auth
2. Click on the "Customer" tab in the left side menu.
3. Select the Customer profile you wish to change or remove the birth date on.
4. Click "Edit".
5. To remove the birth date, click on the x next to the date.
To change the date, click on the date and select a new date from the calendar.
6. Click save.
