If you are a Coordinator or Administrator on CareApp you can add documents to customer's profiles.

This can be anything such as doctor's notes, meal plans, diet requirements, scans, etc. 

To add a document follow the steps below:

Mobile

  1. Tap on the +New menu at the bottom of the home screen.
  2. Choose 'Document' from the menu.
  3. Tap 'Select a person'.
  4. Choose the customer you wish to upload a document for.
  5. Tap 'Select Document'.
  6. Choose the document from your files.
  7. If you would like this document to be visible to family tap the 'Visible to family' tick box.
  8. Tap 'post' at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
This document will now be visible in the feed on the home screen, on the customer's profile and in the files tab in the customer's profile.

Web

  1. Click on the +New button in the left side menu.
  2. Choose 'Document' from the menu.
  3. Click on 'Select a person'.
  4. Choose the customer you wish to upload a document for.
  5. Click 'Select Document'.
  6. Choose the document from your files.
  7. If you would like this document to be visible to family tap the 'Visible to family' tick box.
  8. Click 'post' at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
This document will now be visible in the feed on the home screen, on the customer's profile and in the files tab in the customer's profile. Delete
