If you have a Team member, Coordinator or Administrator account on CareApp you will be able to sort your customer list by last activity.

Simply tap on the “Customer” tab to view your customer list - here all of your customer profiles will be listed in alphabetical order according to their last name.

Under each customer name, you will have a reminder letting you know when the last activity was made on that profile.

To change the order of the list from alphabetical order to the Last Activity order tap on the list selection.

Select “Sort by last activity” to see your customer list in order of the least recent activity to the most recent activity.

This list selection is useful to see who in your customer list has not received posts in the longest period of time. Your team can use this “Last Activity” list selection to prioritise profiles while creating posts on CareApp.
