We want to help you reach a wider circle with the beautiful content you create, so we've introduced the ability to share content with other apps.

You can share CareApp posts on social media platforms, other apps or display a post on your website!

Sharing content is as easy as navigating to the content, tapping the 'share' button, then selecting 'with other apps'.

The control for whether content can be shared is in your hands. You can stop customer content from being shared with other apps by editing their settings, ensuring the switch for allowing sharing content outside of CareApp is off.

1. Go to the "Customer" tab on CareApp web.

2. Click on the Customer profile that you wish to change the allow sharing settings on.

3. Click on "Edit" in the top right-hand corner of the Customer profile.

4. Click on the "Settings" tab.

5. Click on the toggle next to "Allow sharing content outside of CareApp". When the toggle shows Green it is on and when it shows Grey it is off.

6. Click "Save". You will now have access to share posts off of this Customer profile with other apps.

Delete

Please follow the guide below to share content with other apps.
1. Find the post on CareApp that you wish to share.

2. Tap into the post and tap "Share this".

3. Tap "With other apps".

Please note, if this selection is greyed out or if you are not able to select this option, this customer account does not have the appropriate settings to allow sharing. This will need to be updated in the Customer profile settings.

4. Edit the text on the post if needed and tap "Share".

5. Select the app on your device you would like to share this post on.

6. Follow the prompts to write a comment or message and share!
