How do I get an account?

To get a CareApp account, you need to be invited by a Site Coordinator or a Provider Administrator at your facility.

• Accept the Invitation: You will receive an email invitation containing a unique link. Simply follow the prompts in that email to set up your account and password.
• Logging In: Once set up, you will be logged straight in, and you can use those same details to log into CareApp on any device moving forward.
• Missing an Invite? If you haven’t received your invite email, please reach out to your team leader or manager. If you aren't sure who to contact, feel free to reach out to the CareApp team and we can help point you in the right direction!

How do I access CareApp? (What device do I use?)

You can use CareApp on almost any device, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.

• Provided Devices: Your facility may have site-specific devices dedicated for CareApp use. if oyu arnt sure what device to use, check with your team leader or manager.
• Using a Phone or Tablet: Simply download the CareApp app from the Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android) and log in.
• Using a Computer: You can access the web version by going to the CareApp website, clicking Log In, and entering your details.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password or are locked out, you can easily reset it yourself.

How do I create a new profile for a resident?

When a new resident arrives, you can get them set up on CareApp in just a few clicks.

What do I do when a resident passes away?

When a resident passes away, you can choose to archive their profile and send a custom slideshow from CareApp. This is a lovely way to end families time on CareApp, and it allows you to send a beautiful slideshow video of their shared moments to the family.

🤝 Handling Family Questions

What if a family member asks a question I don't know the answer to?

Don't worry, you don't have to know all the answers! If a family member is having trouble logging in, using the app, or has a question you aren't sure about, you can confidently pass them on to us.
