If you are a Coordinator or Administrator on CareApp you can post a question.
Follow the steps below to post a question:
Mobile
- Tap on the +New button at the bottom of the home page.
- Choose 'Question' from the menu.
- Select the user groups you would like to ask the question.
- Tap 'Save'.
- Choose what type of question you would like to create.
- Enter in the question and the options if required.
- Enter in the deadline timeframe.
- Once you are happy with the question post it by tapping the 'send' button at the top right-hand corner.
Delete
Web
- Tap on the +New button in the left-side menu.
- Choose 'Question' from the menu.
- Select the user groups you would like to ask the question.
- Click 'Save'.
- Choose what type of question you would like to create.
- Enter in the question and the options if required.
- Enter in the deadline timeframe.
- Once you are happy with the question post it by tapping the 'send' button.
