Disability Provider: Post a Wellbeing Check
A Wellbeing Check only takes 10 seconds to create and is an extremely powerful way to create updates on the Wellbeing of a customer.
A Wellbeing Check can be used as an internal tool for logging and tracking a customer's wellbeing over time or can be shared with family as a reassuring window into the day of their loved one.
Sharing a wellbeing check with family is an organisational setting. If it is not turned on for your organisation and you would like to use this feature, please contact us at hello@careapp.com.au
Follow the steps below to post a Wellbeing Check today:
Mobile
1.Tap on the +New menu at the bottom of the screen.
2. Choose 'Wellbeing check' from the menu.
3. Tap 'select a person'.
4. Choose a customer you wish to create a Wellbeing Check for.
5. Choose a face icon to show how this customer is doing today.
6. Choose an icon from the list of activities to show what is happening.
7. Tap the send button up in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
This Wellbeing Check will now be visible on the top of the home screen feed and on the customer's profile.
Web
- Click on the +New menu in the left side menu.
- Choose 'Wellbeing check' from the menu.
- Click on 'select a person'.
- Choose a customer you wish to create a wellbeing check for.
- Press 'Done'.
- Choose a face icon to show how this customer is doing today.
- Choose an icon from the list of activities to show what is happening.
- Click 'Publish'.
This Wellbeing check will now be visible on the top of the home screen feed and on the customer's profile.

Care Provider: Customer Wellbeing Insights
What are Wellbeing Insights?
Wellbeing Insights is a feature on CareApp where care providers can track and export the wellbeing statistics of their care recipients over time.
Each point on the Insights graph represents a Wellbeing Check post that has been created for this customer profile. Simply hover your mouse over the points to see the date, wellbeing, and activity log.
To export a report on Wellbeing Insights simply click the "Export" button.

Where are the Wellbeing Insights located?
Simply click on the Insights tab on any customer profile and choose a time frame or date range you would like to view or export.
