What is CareApp?
CareApp is a communication and engagement app for aged care and care providers. CareApp connects care teams and provides families with peace of mind through updates on their loved ones, facilitated through CareApp.
How much does CareApp cost?
CareApp costs about the same as a cup of coffee per month depending on the structure and size of your community. Please send us a message at hello@careapp.com.au to request a quote for your care community.
How do I implement CareApp?
CareApp implementation is a quick and easy process. To set up your CareApp community we will ask you for some basic information to set up your first accounts and profiles.
Once your CareApp community has been created you will receive an email invitation inviting you to join your community. You will need to follow the instructions in the email to create a login for your CareApp account.
From here you can follow our Easy Onboarding guide which will guide you through CareApp.
We are here to help you along every step of the way! If you have any questions or issues, simply send us a message at hello@careapp.com.au and we will be very happy to support you.
How does CareApp work?
Once your care team has a CareApp community and accounts set up they will be able to create many different types of posts on CareApp to communicate and document the care and wellbeing of your care recipient.
You can use CareApp to share information, communicate with your care community, and store files and documentation.
Each member will create an account with their own login. There are different types of accounts that have different levels of access.
Administrator, Coordinator, and Team Member accounts can create posts on CareApp.
Family accounts can receive shared posts, comment and heart react posts but are not able to create posts of their own. It is completely up to you, who you would like to have and what account.
