Send a CareApp Notice to Multiple Sites

You can easily post a notice to multiple sites at once—perfect for sharing updates across your organisation.

  • When creating a notice, the site you’re currently logged into is selected automatically.

  • If your CareApp account is connected to more than one site, you’ll have the option to send the notice to multiple sites.

  • To include additional sites, tap the Notice Posted To: drop-down menu and select the sites you’d like to send the notice to.

  • When you send the notice, it will be delivered to all selected sites.

Once your sites are selected, simply follow the usual steps to create your notice.

How to Post a Notice

👋 Want to reach your whole community in one post?

You’re in the right place—welcome to Notices!

Notices are one of the most powerful tools in CareApp for reaching your entire community. Instead of sending individual message chats or repeating yourself across multiple channels, creating a Notice lets you instantly share important information with everyone at once—ensuring no one misses out.

Use Notices to share:

  • Newsletters & Activities: Post weekly schedules, event flyers, or monthly community updates.

  • Important Updates: Broadcast site policy changes, facility announcements, or health guidelines.

  • Community Welcomes: Introduce new staff members, residents, or clients to the team.

  • Events & Notes: Share details for upcoming meetings, agendas, or recap notes.

  • Resources & Links: Pin helpful guides, policy documents, or external web links.

📎 Recommended File Format for Attachments

We recommend attaching documents as PDFs whenever possible.

PDFs are easier to open on mobile devices and do not require additional apps, ensuring families and staff can view your Notice quickly and reliably.
