Don't have a CareApp account yet? We can help get you on track.

First, to use CareApp, the care provider of your loved-one must first send you an invitation link via email to create an account.


There are two ways to go about this:

1. Get an invitation by contacting your provider directly

Contact your care provider by email or phone to let them know you'd like to be sent an invitation to CareApp. Make sure to include your email address and the name of your loved-one.

To make it easy, here's an example email for you to copy and use.

Subject line: Request for CareApp invitation

Dear [Care Provider contact name]

I'm happy to hear that [site or service name] is connected with CareApp, and I would love to be added to the community of [resident/client/customer name].

Please use the email address above [or insert your preferred email here] for my CareApp account.

I heard about CareApp from [name, relationship].

Thank you!

[Your name]

2. Be invited by another family member

If you have another family member connected to your loved one on CareApp, they can send you an invitation to join, by following the steps here: "Family inviting Family (article)"

What does an invitation look like?

A CareApp Invitation will be sent from hello@careapp.com.au, with a large orange button titled "Accept Invitation to CareApp". Below is an example screenshot of an invitation to the care facility "We Care"
