Care Providers: CareApp approval process - share posts with family
CareApp has a very simple yet effective way of making sure every post is moderated before being shared with family.
It all has to do with CareApp role types.
Only Administrator and Coordinator accounts will be able to share posts with family.
Any staff that is not authorised to share posts with the family will be assigned the ‘Team Member’ role type. This means they will be able to create some types of posts but these posts will need to be approved and shared by an Administrator or Coordinator.
How are posts approved?
Whenever a post is created on your CareApp, the Administrators and Coordinators will receive a notification in the notification tab.
This post can be approved and shared directly from the notifications tab. The post can also be edited before being posted.
