Care Provider: View Document or Link History on CareApp
Site Coordinators and Provider Administrators can easily access a full viewing history for any Document or Link shared via CareApp. This allows teams to confirm which authorised family members have viewed important information such as care plans.
Only Family Representatives connected to the customer profile will be able to view Documents and Links.
Family Followers do not have access to these files, ensuring privacy and control over who sees sensitive information.
Here’s how:

Go to the Customer’s profile
- Head to the Customers tab and click on the profile you need.

Open the Files section
- This is where all Documents and Links are stored.
- Click the three dots (⋯) next to the Document or Link you want to check.

4. Select “View History” from the menu.

5. View the log!
- You’ll see a record of who has viewed it and when.

✅ That’s it!
An easy way to get a clear record of who has viewed the document.
This feature can also be used to gather evidence for audits or internal reviews.
