๐ Placing an order on behalf of a customer?
You're in the right place! This guide will walk you through how to create an order for a customer or their family member directly from the Shop Orders screen.

Web/ Computer
Step 1: Access the Orders Screen
- Go to the Shop tab
- Click on Orders
- Click the Create Order button

Step 2: Select the Customer
- Select the customer profile this order is being placed for

Step 3: Select the Product/s
- Select the product or products you'd like to purchase for the customer
- Choose from Purchases (One off), Subscription (Ongoing), or Bundles
- You can select multiple products to check out together

Step 4: Select a Payment Method
Choose from the available payment options:
- Offline Payment โ use this when the purchase will be added to the customer's existing contract as an addendum
- Stripe Card Payment โ process the payment directly via card (only available if Stripe payments have been set up for your organisation and permitted for staff use)
Offline Payment
โน๏ธ The Offline Payment option is ideal when a formal purchase agreement or contract amendment is needed rather than an immediate card payment.

Step 5: Create the Order
- Click Create Order to place the order
- The order will now appear in your Orders screen

๐กPrint the Order Details
Once your order is created, you can print the order details straight from the page โ just right-click and select Print. Great for record keeping or attaching to a contract addendum!

You're all done!
What Happens Next?
Once your order is created, If you're able to fulfil the order straight away, go ahead and click Mark Complete, otherwise simply leave it, and it will automatically appear on your Deliveries page as part of your usual delivery flow.
You can edit the delivery date if required on the deliveries screen by clicking the pencil icon.
Need to cancel the order?
If you need to cancel the order, the Cancel and Refund or End Subscription button is right at the top of the order details page.
