When a customer profile has been memorialised, families connected to the profile will receive an email containing a photo slide show.

Once a family member clicks on "View video", the memorial video will either (depending on your web browser) automatically download onto their device where they are able to keep it and watch it as many times as they like, or it will open on a tab on their web browser where they can download the video.
