CareApp has been designed to work on many different devices. For the best experience please follow the recommendations below.

Web

CareApp Web works in modern web browsers, including:

• Google Chrome (latest version)
• Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
• Apple Safari (latest 2 versions)
• Microsoft Edge (latest 2 versions)

Not Supported:

• Internet Explorer

CareApp Web is optimised for computer screens. While you can use CareApp Web on your phone or tablet, we recommend our mobile apps for the best experience.

Mobile App

Our mobile app is available for Android and iOS devices and offers the best CareApp experience.

Android

• An Android phone or tablet, running Android 6 (SDK 23) or newer. Android 6 was released in 2015, so most modern Android devices should run just fine.
• CareApp works best on phones with at least a 5.1" display, but will scale to smaller screens.
• A working Internet connection over WiFi or mobile data.

iOS

• an Apple iPhone or iPad running iOS 13 or newer
• A working internet connection over WiFi or mobile data.

Permissions

CareApp will ask for the following permissions:

• Push Notifications, to notify you when new content is posted and other events occur
• Camera, in order to take photos and videos, and to participate in Video Chat
• Microphone, in order to record videos and participate in Video Chat
• Location while in use, in order to show nearby customers
• Files, in order to post images from your device's gallery
