Sending Invoices On CareApp
If you have an Administrator or Coordinator account on CareApp you will be able to send invoices by using the Link and Document feature on CareApp.
Please click on the tab below that aligns with the type of invoice you are using.
Link
To post an invoice link please follow the steps below:
1. "Copy" the link for the invoice on CareApp mobile or web.
2. Log into CareApp on an Administrator or Coordinator account.
3. Click on the +New Menu.
4. Click on Link from the menu.
5. Click on "Select People".
6. Find the customer profile the invoice applies to from the list or search for their name in the "Filter" search bar. Once selected click "Done".
7. Paste the link into the URL text box and enter in a description.
8. If you would like Family accounts to have access to the invoice click on the "Visible to Family" box. Click "Create " once you have completed filling out the fields.
This invoice link has been uploaded to the customer's profile and will be visible to all of this customer's community.
To view the link, go to the "files" tab and click on the link.
Document
To post an invoice Document please follow the steps below:
1. Log into CareApp on an Administrator or Coordinator account.
2. Click on the +New Menu.
3. Click on Document from the menu.
4. Click on "Select People".
5. Find the customer profile the invoice applies to from the list or search for their name in the "Filter" search bar. Once selected click "Done".
7. Upload the document.
8. If you would like Family accounts to have access to the invoice click on the "Visible to Family" box. Click "Create " once you have completed filling out the fields.
This invoice link has been uploaded to Mandy's account and will be visible to all CareApp accounts with access to Mandy's account.
To view the link, go to the "files" tab and click on the Document.
