Family: Invite Family to CareApp | Family inviting family
Learn how to invite other family members to join in your CareApp community.

Family Inviting Family is a Provider Preference Setting - Family will only be able to invite other Family Members from their own CareApp account if it's authorised by the Provider. If it is not authorised, the Family can request an invitation directly from the Provider.
If you are a family member with a CareApp account, you can invite an unlimited number of other family members to your loved one's community for free.
Sending an invitation to other family members will allow them to create an account. Once their account is set up, they will be able to see and interact with the same content that you see in your account.
To add a family member to your loved one's community on CareApp, follow the steps below:
Mobile
- Navigate to the + New button.
- Select "Invite to CareApp" from the menu.
- Enter the family member's email address that you wish to invite - Tap continue.
- Tap on the "Select people" button.
- Select your loved one/s profile - Tap Done.
- Tap Continue.
- Check that the information is correct and tap Send Invite.
Web
- Navigate to the 'Communities' tab to see a list of your loved one(s).
- Click on the loved one you wish to add a family member to.
- Change the tab to Community.
- Click the "Add to Community" button.
- Enter the email address of the family member you wish to invite.
- Click "Invite User".
Once you have sent an invitation to your family member they will receive a CareApp invitation.
They will accept the invitation by following the prompts and creating a password for their account.
