Learn how to easily send messages directly to your care team from the convenience of CareApp
Message your team on CareApp using the direct messaging feature on CareApp.
With Messages, you are able to create group messages and one-on-one messages between Team Members, Site Coordinator and Provider Administrator accounts in your community.
Follow the steps below to create a Message today.
Mobile App
- Tap on the messages tab down the bottom right of the screen.
- Tap the 'New' button.
- Choose the members from the list who you would like to create a group message with.
- Press 'send' up on the top right-hand side.
- Now you have created a message group. Type your message and press 'send'.
- You will get a notification when a response is sent from a member in the message group.
Web
- Log into CareApp web
- Click on the +New button in the left menu
- Select "Messages"
- Choose the members from the list who you would like to create a group Message with.
- You have now created a message group. Type your message into the text box and send it - You will get a notification once you receive a response.
