You're in the right place!

Welcome to the CareApp Shop! This guide will walk you through how to browse products, make a purchase, and manage your orders — all from within the CareApp.

Browsing the Shop

To get started, simply tap the Shop tab. From here you'll see all available categories and bundles. You can:

• Tap into any bundle to browse the products included
• Tap into any product to view photos, read the description, and see pricing

Purchasing a Product

If a product is available for you to purchase directly, you'll see a Buy Now or Subscribe button when you tap into it.

One-Off Purchase

• Tap Buy Now
• Add any relevant notes
• Select a quantity
• Tap Continue with Credit Card and enter your payment details to complete your purchase

Subscription

• Tap Subscribe
• Add any relevant notes
• If you're connected to multiple communities, select the relevant one
• Tap Continue with Credit Card and enter your payment details to complete your purchase

Making an Enquiry/ offline purchase

Some products may not be available for direct purchase or you might prefer to pay offline — this is managed by your provider. You'll still be able to view the product, its description, and pricing, but instead of a checkout button you'll see a Make an Enquiry button.

Tap Make an Enquiry and send a message directly to the team on site, who will be happy to help arrange this for you. You can also speak to the team in person and they can process the order on your behalf.

My Orders

At the top of the Shop screen, tap My Orders to view all of your purchases. From here you can:

• See the status of each order — In Progress or Completed
• Tap into any order to view the full details

My Subscriptions

Also in the My Orders screen, tap My Subscriptions to view all of your active subscriptions. From here you can:

• See whether each subscription is Active or Cancelled
• Tap into any subscription to view billing details and frequency
