👋Got profiles you regularly tag together? Create a Customer List!

If you have residents or clients who regularly join the same activities or live in shared areas, Customer Lists save you time by grouping their profiles into pre-made sets. Create a list once and tag everyone in a single tap—no more selecting profiles one by one every time you post.

Common Ways to Use Customer Lists

  • Group Activities: Choir, fitness, art sessions, or day trips
  • Shared Spaces: West Wing, Level 2, or specific dining rooms
  • Social Groups: Shared interest groups or families receiving joint updates

Supported Post Types

You can select a Customer List whenever you post Notes, Photos, or Videos on CareApp.

How to Create a Customer List

1. Navigate to Lists: Go to the Customers tab in the top/bottom menu, then select the Lists tab at the top of the screen.

2.Start a New List: Tap + New (or the New button) in the upper corner.

3.Select Profiles: Tap on each Customer profile you want to include in the group. A checkmark will appear next to selected profiles.

4.Save the List: Give your list a descriptive name (e.g., "Morning Fitness Class") and tap Done or Save.

How to Use a List When Posting

1.Tap + Create Post and select your post type (Note, Photo, or Video).

2.Tap “Select customer lists”

3.Select your desired Customer List. This will automatically tag all associated Customer profiles. To exclude anyone from the post, tap the X next to their name in the Select Customer tab.

4.Complete your post as usual, and tap Publish.

How do I manage my lists?

Only Administrator and Coordinator account types can manage Customer Lists.

1.Navigate to Lists. Go to the Customers tab and select Lists at the top of the screen.

2.Select a List. Tap the specific list you would like to edit or delete.

3.Make Your Changes.

From here, you can:

  • Add or Remove Customers: Select or deselect profiles to update who belongs to the list.

  • Delete the List: Tap Delete List at the bottom of the screen to remove the list entirely.

From here, you can:
