Care Provider: What is the 'About' page and where to find it

The 'About' page is a page on your CareApp that shows the 'Version' of CareApp you have downloaded on your device and the 'Build Number'.
If you contact CareApp customer support it is likely that you will be asked for a screenshot of this page.
How do I navigate to the 'About' page?
- Tap the three lines at the top left of the home screen to access the side menu.
- Tap settings.
- Tap 'About'.
- You are now on the page.
